- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 2 tsp. paprika
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 3/4 tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1/4 c. grated onion
- 2 (2 lb.) boned, skinned chicken breasts, cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces
- 1/2 c. milk
- oil (for frying)
Directions

1In a large bowl, combine flour, cheese, paprika, salt, oregano, garlic salt, mustard and onion.

2Dip chicken pieces in milk; dip into flour mixture.

3Fry pieces in 1/4-inch of oil at 365° until brown on each side.

4Drain on absorbent paper.

5Serve immediately with toothpicks.
