- 1 chicken (3 1/2 lb.)
- 2 lb. pork
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 1 c. vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Take off the skin of the chicken and cut the meat off the bones.

2Cut the chicken and pork into small cubes.

3Mix the meat, garlic, vinegar, salt and pepper in a bowl and let sit in the refrigerator for 1/2 hour.

4Put the meat and juice into a pan and cook slowly until all of the juice is gone.

5Add the margarine and brown the meat.

6This is to be eaten over rice.
