Chicken-Pork Adobo

  • 1 chicken (3 1/2 lb.)
  • 2 lb. pork
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • 1 c. vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine
  • salt and pepper

Directions

    Take off the skin of the chicken and cut the meat off the bones.

    Cut the chicken and pork into small cubes.
  3. 3
    Mix the meat, garlic, vinegar, salt and pepper in a bowl and let sit in the refrigerator for 1/2 hour.

    Put the meat and juice into a pan and cook slowly until all of the juice is gone.

    Add the margarine and brown the meat.

    This is to be eaten over rice.
