  • 1 c. cubed cooked chicken
  • 1 c. frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
  • 1 c. cream of potato soup
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 c. Bisquick baking mix

Directions

    Preheat oven to 400°. Spray a 9-inch pie plate, then add the chicken, vegetables, soup, pepper and 1/4 cup milk.

    In a small mixing bowl, mix the remaining milk, egg and baking mix. Pour over the chicken mixture and bake 30 minutes or until golden brown.
