  • 4 whole chicken legs or 1 stewing chicken
  • 1 stalk celery
  • 2 to 3 carrots
  • 3 to 4 potatoes
  • 2 chicken bouillon cubes
  • water (to cover chicken)
  • 3/4 to 1 bag bow noodles
  • salt to taste

Directions

    Simmer chicken in water for 1 1/2 to 2 hours until tender and broth is flavorful.

    Chill broth and skim fat from top if possible.

    Remove chicken from bones and cut up in bite sized pieces.
