- 1 stalk celery
- 2 to 3 carrots
- 3 to 4 potatoes
- 2 chicken bouillon cubes
- water (to cover chicken)
- 3/4 to 1 bag bow noodles
- salt to taste
Directions

1Simmer chicken in water for 1 1/2 to 2 hours until tender and broth is flavorful.

2Chill broth and skim fat from top if possible.

3Remove chicken from bones and cut up in bite sized pieces.
