  • 1 c. carrots, cut up
  • 1 c. celery, chopped
  • 1 c. onions, chopped
  • 1/2 c. self-rising flour
  • 2 c. chicken broth (add can of cream of chicken)
  • 1 c. milk
  • 4 c. chicken, cut up in bite size pieces
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1 pie crust
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Saute vegetables in skillet with butter for 10 minutes. Add flour

    to vegetables, stirring for 1 minute.

    Mix chicken broth and

    milk together; add to skillet mixture.

    Cook until thick. Add
