- 1 c. diced chicken
- 1 c. chicken broth
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1/4 c. diced celery
- 1/4 c. thinly sliced carrots
- 1/2 c. diced potatoes
- 6 to 7 biscuits
- 1 small can peas
Directions

1Bring the chicken broth to a boil.

2Stir in flour and butter and mix to a smooth paste.

3Stir constantly until the broth is thick and smooth.

4Lower heat, stir in milk, chicken and vegetables and heat through.

5Pour into 1 1/2-quart casserole and top with biscuits.

6Bake, uncovered, at 450° for 20 minutes.
