- 1 broiler chicken or 3 to 4 breasts
- 1 1/2 c. chicken broth
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can Veg-All, drained
- 1 c. milk
- 1 c. self-rising flour
- 1 stick margarine, melted
- optional: extra-thin sliced vegetables (carrots, celery, etc.)
Directions

1Boil chicken.

2Cut off bone and into pieces.

3Save 1 1/2 cups chicken broth.

4Combine chicken, broth, soup and vegetables.

5Pour into a 13 x 9-inch casserole.

6Mix together milk and flour.

7Add margarine and stir well.

8Pour over entire top of chicken mixture. Bake uncovered at 350° for 45 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
