  • 1/3 c. margarine
  • 1/3 c. flour
  • 1/3 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 2/3 c. milk
  • 2 c. chicken broth
  • 2 c. chopped chicken
  • 10 oz. frozen peas and carrots
