  • 2 c. cooked, diced chicken
  • 2 c. cubed, boiled potatoes
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 c. frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1/4 c. milk or chicken broth
  • 2 pie crusts (can use Pillsbury All-Ready pie crusts)
  • 1/4 tsp. fresh ground pepper

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together and pour into pie shell.

    Place top shell on and crimp edges.

    Cut 4 slits in top.

    Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until brown.
