  • 1 (4 lb.) chicken
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 celery stalk
  • 1 small onion (whole)
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 stick margarine, melted
  • 1 1/2 c. chicken broth
  • 1 1/2 c. Bisquick
  • 1 1/2 c. milk

Directions

    Boil chicken with carrot, celery and onion.

    Mix cream of celery soup, margarine and chicken broth together.

    Place chicken in baking dish and pour soup mixture over.

    (Cut the chicken up in small pieces.)

    Mix the Bisquick and milk.

    Mix and pour over chicken.

    Bake in preheated 350° oven for 40 to 60 minutes (about 55 minutes).
