  • 3 or 4 chicken breasts (boneless and skinless)
  • 1/4 stick butter
  • 1 1/4 c. chicken broth
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 can Veg-All mixed vegetables (drain liquid)
  • 1 c. Bisquick mix
  • 1 c. milk

    Boil chicken until done.

    Cut into bite size pieces.

    Melt butter in a 2-quart casserole dish.

    Spread chicken pieces evenly over bottom of dish.

    In a bowl, mix together broth, soup and vegetables.

    Pour on top of chicken.

    Mix Bisquick and milk together; pour on top of casserole.

    Bake at 400° for 30 minutes.
