- 1/4 c. margarine or butter
- 1/3 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 1 c. chicken broth
- 3/4 c. milk
- 2 c. chicken parts
- 1/3 c. onions
- 1 (14 1/2 oz.) can peas and carrots
- 1 can biscuits (10 count)
Directions

1Cook chicken; let cool and pull apart.

2In pan, melt butter. Add broth and milk.

3Slowly add flour; cook until thickens.

4Add chicken, onions, peas and carrots.

5Cook until boils.

6Pour in 9 x 13-inch pan.

7Stretch biscuits and put over mixture.

8Put in oven for 20 or 25 minutes, or until golden brown at 350°.
