- 1 whole chicken, boiled and deboned
- potatoes and carrots, cooked and cut into bite sized pieces
- 1 small can sweet peas
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 2 Tbsp. corn starch
- 4 ready made pie crusts
Directions

1Save the water the chicken was boiled in to boil the vegetables.

2Place all of the ingredients (except corn starch and peas) in a saucepan.

3Bring to a boil.

4Mix corn starch in 1/2 cup cold water and add to pot as a thickener.

5Add small can of peas and salt and pepper to taste.

6Remove from heat and pour into 2 of the pie crusts.

7Top with 2 remaining crusts.

8Cut slits in top for steam to escape.

9Bake at 350° until tops are brown and filling is steaming hot.

10Place on cookie sheet to avoid excess spillage.
