- 1/4 c. finely chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 (12 oz.) can chicken (about 2 c. boneless meat)
- 2 cans cream of potato soup (undiluted)
- 1 can mixed vegetables, partly drained
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. thyme
- 1 pie crust
Directions

1Saute onion in margarine.

2Mix with remaining ingredients and pour into pie or quiche pan.

3Top with pie crust.

4Vent crust and bake at 350° until filling bubbles and crust browns, about 35 to 40 minutes.
