  • 1/4 c. finely chopped onion
  • 1 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1 (12 oz.) can chicken (about 2 c. boneless meat)
  • 2 cans cream of potato soup (undiluted)
  • 1 can mixed vegetables, partly drained
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. thyme
  • 1 pie crust

Directions

    Saute onion in margarine.

    Mix with remaining ingredients and pour into pie or quiche pan.

    Top with pie crust.

    Vent crust and bake at 350° until filling bubbles and crust browns, about 35 to 40 minutes.
