- 1 fryer, boiled and meat picked off bones
- about 3 small potatoes, cut in small cubes
- 1 onion
- 1 or 2 carrots, cut in small cubes
- 1 stalk celery or diced celery leaves
- 1 small can English peas
Directions

1Save the broth chicken is cooked in and cook everything but the peas until done. When vegetables are done, pour the peas in. If there is a lot of juice, drain peas first.

2Put the chicken in with vegetables.

3Mix flour and water together, about 1 cup water and a heaping tablespoonful of flour.

4Shake this in a jar or shaker and mix with vegetables until desired thickness.

5Pour in a baking dish.

6Cover with biscuits and bake in a 450° oven until biscuits are brown.
