- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can reduced fat condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1/4 c. milk
- 3 c. chicken, cubed
- 1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen peas and carrots, thawed
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 (15 oz.) pie crust
Directions

1In large bowl, mix together soup, milk, chicken, peas, carrots and pepper.

2Preheat oven to 425°.

3Unfold one pie crust; place in a 9-inch pie plate.

4Press firmly against plate.

5Pour filling mixture into pie crust.

6Cover with remaining pie crust; seal edges.

7Brush beaten egg over top of pie crust.

8Using a sharp knife, cut 1-inch slits in top of crust (steam vent).

9Place pie on a rimmed baking sheet.

10Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until crust is golden.

11Cool 10 minutes before serving.
