- 1 large chicken
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/3 c. flour
- 1 small onion
- 1 Tbsp. bouillon
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 3/4 c. chicken broth
- 2/3 c. milk
- 1 pkg. frozen vegetables
- 1 pie crust
Directions

1Boil chicken and debone.

2In large pan, melt butter and saute onion.

3When onion becomes opaque, add flour and stir (as if making gravy).

4Add bouillon, milk, broth, salt and pepper.

5Add vegetables and chicken.
-
6Pour into large baking dish and cover with pie crust.

7Bake 35 minutes at 350° or until crust is golden.
