- 1 large fryer, stewed and cut up in pieces (all white meat may be used)
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup

1Stew fryer or white meat until done; debone and place in a 9 x 13-inch pan.

2Combine 2 cups chicken broth from stewing and the mushroom soup.

3Bring to boil and pour over chicken.

4Prepare batter; dip over chicken by spoonfuls.

5Bake at 425° for 30 to 40 minutes.
