- 1 whole chicken or 4 chicken breasts
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. broth
- 1 c. self-rising flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 c. milk
- onions, chopped
- potatoes, sliced thin
Directions

1Boil chicken and take off bone.

2Then put chicken in bottom of casserole dish.

3Sprinkle with pepper and/or poultry seasoning. Put onions and potatoes on top of chicken.

4Mix both soups and broth together and pour over vegetables and chicken.

5Do not stir. Mix flour, baking powder, margarine (melted) and milk together. Pour over top.

6Bake at 350° until lightly browned.
