  • 3 or 4 chicken breasts, cooked and chopped (save broth, 4 c.)
  • 2 cans Veg-All, drained
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup (no water)
  • 1 Tbsp. poultry seasoning
  • 4 c. chicken broth
  • 2 sticks melted margarine
  • 2 c. self-rising flour
  • 2 c. buttermilk

Directions

    Mix chicken, Veg-All, soup, poultry seasoning and chicken broth.

    Pour in 13 x 9 x 2 pan (may have enough to do a small dish, too).

    Mix melted margarine, flour and buttermilk; pour over chicken mixture.

    Bake 45 minutes at 350° to 375°.
