- 1/3 c. chopped onion
- 3 Tbsp. margarine
- 1/2 c. biscuit mix
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. dried thyme, crushed
- 1 1/2 c. chicken broth
- 2/3 c. evaporated milk
- 2 c. cubed, cooked chicken
- 1 lb. bag frozen mixed vegetables (any variety), partially thawed
- 2 c. biscuit mix
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 1/4 c. water
Directions

1Cook onion in margarine in large saucepan until tender.

2Stir in biscuit mix, pepper and thyme.

3Add chicken broth and evaporated milk.

4Cook and stir until thick and bubbly.

5Cook and stir 1 minute more.

6Add chicken and vegetables.

7Heat until bubbly; reduce heat and keep warm.
