- 1 whole stewing chicken
- 4 medium potatoes, diced
- 4 medium carrots, diced or sliced thin
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 stalk celery, diced
- 1 (8 oz.) box frozen peas
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Cook and debone chicken into small cubes or chunks.

2Cook all remaining ingredients; add chicken.

3Mix a water and flour thickening and add to vegetable and chicken until thickness you like.

4Pour into loaf cake pan and top with biscuits.

5Bake in 350° oven until biscuits are brown.

6Can use canned biscuits, Bisquick mix, etc. for the biscuits.
