- 4 chicken breasts
- 2 cans mixed vegetables, drained
- 1 c. cream of celery soup
- 1 c. cream of mushroom soup
- 1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
- 1 c. milk
- 1 stick margarine, melted
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Cook chicken in crock-pot until tender; reserve broth. Combine vegetables, half cup of broth, soups and vegetables.

2Chop chicken and line bottom of 9 x 13-inch casserole.

3Pour soup mixture over chicken.

4Combine self-rising flour, milk, margarine, pepper and salt.

5Pour over chicken and bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
