- 2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- 4 chicken pieces (half breast, thigh, leg or wing)
- water to cover
- 5 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 c. chicken broth
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 small tube (4 rolls) crescent rolls
Directions

1Boil chicken pieces in water until tender, reserving 2 cups broth.

2Remove bones from chicken.

3Preheat oven to 375°.

4Place chicken in 1 1/2-quart casserole.

5Sprinkle with chopped eggs. Mix cornstarch and broth.

6Add salt, pepper and butter.

7Bring to a boil and cook until thickened, stirring constantly.

8Pour thickened broth over chicken and eggs.

9Unroll dough and place on top of chicken.

10Bake 12 minutes.
