- 2 Tbsp. oleo
- 1 Tbsp. minced onion
- 10 oz. clear chicken broth
- 2 c. boned, chopped chicken
- 3 medium potatoes, diced
- 1/4 c. milk
Directions

1Melt oleo in deep saucepan.

2Add onion; cook until tender but not brown.

3Stir in chicken broth; add chicken and potatoes. Cover.

4Cook for 25 minutes or until potatoes are tender.

5Add milk; mash 1 or 2 pieces of potato with spoon.

6Stir well.
