- 13 cup olive oil
- 8 ounces ham, thinly sliced or 8 ounces prosciutto
- 6 slices provolone cheese
- 1 lb fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 2 ounces brandy
- 2 cups heavy cream (40%)
- 12 teaspoon seasoning salt
- 14 teaspoon pepper, freshly ground
Directions
