- 1/4 c. (1/2 stick) butter
- 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. water
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp. white pepper
- Chicken Filling
Directions

1Preheat oven to 400°.

2Melt butter in 1/2 cup boiling water; add flour and salt and stir vigorously, cooking until mixture forms a stiff ball. Remove from heat.

3Make well in middle of ball and break eggs into well.

4Beat until smooth.

5Stir in Parmesan cheese and pepper.

6Drop dough onto lightly greased baking sheet in teaspoonfuls (about 24).

7Bake 10 minutes or until puffed and golden.

8Remove, cool and split.
