  • 1 cooked boneless chicken breast, cut up
  • 2 oz. green and red pepper, diced
  • 1 oz. red onion, chopped
  • Marble cheese, shredded
  • 2 10-inch tortilla shells
  • Sour cream
  • Salsa

Directions

    Place a small amount of cheese in a tortilla shell.

    Place chicken and vegetables on tortilla and spread out evenly.

    Sprinkle cheese over the vegetables.

    Place the second tortilla on top.

    Either place in toaster oven or in oven on broil until tortilla shell is golden brown; flip over and brown the other side.
