Ingredients

  • pie crust (9-inch), partially baked
  • 2 or 3 eggs (can use 1 whole egg and 2 whites or a substitute)
  • 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • pepper to taste
  • 1 c. shredded cheese (use lo-fat kind)
  • 1 c. chopped chicken
  • 1/2 c. each: onion and green pepper

Directions

    Saute onion and green pepper in a little oil.

    Combine all ingredients.

    Pour into shell.

    Bake at 375° for 40 to 50 minutes. Check with knife inserted in the center.
