  • 4 boneless breasts, cooked and diced
  • 1 unbaked deep-dish pie crust
  • 1/2 tsp. onion salt
  • 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/4 c. corn oil
  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 slices bacon, crisp, crumbled (optional)
