- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut, drained well
- 4 slices natural Swiss
- 1 1/4 c. bottled Thousand Island dressing
- 1 tsp. parsley, chopped
Directions

1Place chicken in greased pan.

2Salt and pepper.

3Place sauerkraut over chicken.
