  • 4 whole chicken breasts, halved and boned
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut, drained well
  • 4 slices natural Swiss
  • 1 1/4 c. bottled Thousand Island dressing
  • 1 tsp. parsley, chopped

Directions

    Place chicken in greased pan.

    Salt and pepper.

    Place sauerkraut over chicken.

    Top with Swiss cheese.

    Pour dressing evenly over top.
