- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
- 4 Tbsp. margarine
- 4 Tbsp. Thousand Island dressing
- 4 Tbsp. sauerkraut
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
Directions

1Flatten chicken with a meat mallet.

2Dust both sides with flour.

3Melt margarine in a skillet and saute chicken on both sides until brown.

4Remove from skillet and spread 1 tablespoon dressing on each chicken breast.

5Spread 1 tablespoon of sauerkraut evenly over each chicken breast.

6Top each with a slice of Swiss cheese.

7Place on a greased baking sheet and bake in a preheated 375° oven for 20 minutes.

8Serves 4.
