- 1 cup rice
- 16 oz chiken broth
- 1 package goya powdered bouillon
- 1/8 tsp flaked red pepper
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dry flaked parsley
Directions

1Brown rice on a medium heat turning frequenty till very light brown

2Add chicken broth and bouillon and stir well

3Add seasonings and stirt

4Turn up heat to medium high stiring freqently

5Turn to low and cover when only a thin layer of liquid lays above the rice

6cook 15 minutes

7stir rice in the pan and revove from heat

8cover and wait 3-5 minutes before eating
