  • 1 cup rice
  • 16 oz chiken broth
  • 1 package goya powdered bouillon
  • 1/8 tsp flaked red pepper
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dry flaked parsley

    Brown rice on a medium heat turning frequenty till very light brown

    Add chicken broth and bouillon and stir well

    Add seasonings and stirt
  4. 4
    Turn up heat to medium high stiring freqently
  5. 5
    Turn to low and cover when only a thin layer of liquid lays above the rice

    cook 15 minutes

    stir rice in the pan and revove from heat
  8. 8
    cover and wait 3-5 minutes before eating
