- boneless chicken (stub pieces)
- salt and pepper
- 1 1/2 c. rice (uncooked)
- 1 c. shredded cheese
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 2 cans water
Directions

1Place chicken in a casserole; salt and pepper to taste.

2Add the uncooked rice over chicken, then add the shredded cheese.

3Add 2 cans of water to the soup; bring to boil.

4After this mixture comes to boil, pour over the ingredients in the casserole dish. Bake in a 350° oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour (or until the chicken is done).
