  • boneless chicken (stub pieces)
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 1/2 c. rice (uncooked)
  • 1 c. shredded cheese
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cans water

Directions

    Place chicken in a casserole; salt and pepper to taste.

    Add the uncooked rice over chicken, then add the shredded cheese.

    Add 2 cans of water to the soup; bring to boil.

    After this mixture comes to boil, pour over the ingredients in the casserole dish. Bake in a 350° oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour (or until the chicken is done).
