Chicken Rice Bake

  • 1 c. raw rice
  • 1 can cold water
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 pkg. dried onion soup
  • chicken pieces (enough to cover, do not overlap)

Directions

    Mix rice, cream soups and water and place in a 9 x 12-inch pan.

    Lay clean pieces of chicken on top and spread dry soup mix over all.

    Cover with foil and bake 2 hours at 350°.

    Serves 6. It's also good using pork chops.
