- 1 c. long grain rice
- 3 chicken breasts, split
- 1/2 chopped onion
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 can beef or chicken broth
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. Accent
- 1/4 tsp. oregano
Directions

1Toast rice for 25 minutes in 350° oven.

2Dredge chicken in flour, salt and pepper and brown in 1/4 cup hot fat.

3Remove chicken, then cook onion, celery and garlic until tender.

4Stir in rice and remaining ingredients.

5Transfer into 11 x 7-inch dish, top with chicken breasts and cover tightly with foil.

6Bake at 350° for 50 minutes or until chicken is done and rice tender.
