  • 1 c. rice, washed and drained
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom
  • 1 pkg. Lipton onion soup
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 fryer, cut up, salted and peppered

Directions

    Spread rice in a 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan.

    Spread soups over rice and pour water over all and lay chicken on top.

    Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350° or until done.
