- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1 c. uncooked rice
- 1 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can chicken broth
- seasoned salt
- paprika
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 chicken, cut up
- 1 tsp. vegetable oil
- 1/2 c. water
- 2 tsp. instant minced onion
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Shake flour in regular sized Reynolds cooking bag; place in 13 x 9-inch baking pan.

3Add rice, margarine, peas, broth, water, onion, salt, pepper, poultry seasoning and garlic powder.

4Squeeze bag gently to blend ingredients.

5Arrange ingredients in an even layer.

6Brush chicken pieces with oil.

7Sprinkle with seasoned salt and paprika.

8Place chicken in bag on top of rice; close bag with nylon tie.

9Make 6 (1/2-inch) slits in top; cook 1 hour or until chicken is tender.
