- 1 3/4 c. uncooked Minute rice
- 1 1/2 cans (13 oz.) Soyameat Chicken Style
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cans water
- 1 1/2 envelopes dried onion soup mix
Directions

1Place rice in bottom of baking dish.

2Cover with diced chicken.

3Combine mushroom soup, water and 1 envelope onion soup mix; blend well and pour over rice.

4Sprinkle remaining 1/2 envelope of onion soup mix over casserole.

5Cover and bake in a 350° oven for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
