  • 1 3/4 c. uncooked Minute rice
  • 1 1/2 cans (13 oz.) Soyameat Chicken Style
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 cans water
  • 1 1/2 envelopes dried onion soup mix

Directions

    Place rice in bottom of baking dish.

    Cover with diced chicken.

    Combine mushroom soup, water and 1 envelope onion soup mix; blend well and pour over rice.

    Sprinkle remaining 1/2 envelope of onion soup mix over casserole.

    Cover and bake in a 350° oven for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
