  • 2 cooked, diced chicken breasts
  • 1 1/2 c. cooked rice
  • 1 c. sliced celery
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 can sliced water chestnuts
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • pepper

Directions

    Combine soup, mayonnaise and lemon juice in a large bowl. Fold in rest of ingredients until well mixed.

    Pour into greased casserole dish. Top with crushed corn flakes. Dot with butter and bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
