- 1 pkg. chicken tenders
- 1/2 stick margarine
- 1/2 to 1 tsp. fresh garlic
- 2 cans chicken broth
- 1 to 1 1/2 c. rice (Minute)
- 1 small pkg. fine shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Brown chicken pieces in half of the margarine; when browned, take out and set aside.

2Add rest of margarine, garlic and rice; brown slightly.

3Add broth and cook until liquid is absorbed.

4Put chicken pieces back in pan and warm.

5When served, put cheese on top.

6Serve with tossed salad.
