Chicken Risatto

  • 1 pkg. chicken tenders
  • 1/2 stick margarine
  • 1/2 to 1 tsp. fresh garlic
  • 2 cans chicken broth
  • 1 to 1 1/2 c. rice (Minute)
  • 1 small pkg. fine shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Brown chicken pieces in half of the margarine; when browned, take out and set aside.

    Add rest of margarine, garlic and rice; brown slightly.
  3. 3
    Add broth and cook until liquid is absorbed.
  4. 4
    Put chicken pieces back in pan and warm.
  5. 5
    When served, put cheese on top.

    Serve with tossed salad.
