Ingredients

  • 4 tortellini/ burrito wrap/ roti (i always prefer making my own roti)
  • 2 tomatoes sliced
  • 2 onion sliced
  • 4 lettuce (or more)
  • 1 green chilli sauce (optional)
  • 1 cheese and eggs (optional)
  • 250 grams chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp dry rosemary
  • 1/2 tbsp coriander powder
  • 3 garlic cloves crushed

Directions

    ~cut the chicken into long strips and marinate it for 2 hours (or more) ~heat oil in pan and pan fry it or deep fry it until golden brown and crisp.

    ~transfer into a kitchen paper towel.

    ~Spread the sauce or mayonnaise in your tortellini/ roti (I used two Roti's for mayonnaise and other two for schezwan sauce

    Serve and enjoy ^^ ~Optional : add cheese or an egg to your rolls.
