- 3 c. chicken
- 2 large bell peppers, chopped
- 2 large onions, chopped
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 (10 oz.) can Ro-Tel tomatoes
- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 1 (16 oz.) can English peas, drained
- 1 (7 oz.) pkg. spaghetti, cooked and drained
Directions

1Boil chicken until tender and remove from bone.

2Saute chopped onions and bell peppers in butter.

3Cook spaghetti until done, drain.

4Add melted cheese, Ro-Tel tomatoes and chicken to spaghetti.

5Mix well.

6Add peas and fold in easily.

7Bake for 30 minutes, covered.

8This works well in the crock-pot.
