  • 1 chicken
  • 1 can cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 small bell pepper
  • 1 small jar pimentos (optional)
  • 12 oz. pkg. spaghetti
  • 1 can English peas (optional)
  • 1 large pkg. shredded Velveeta cheese
  • 1 can Ro-tel tomatoes

Directions

    Boil chicken; keep broth to cook spaghetti in.

    Debone chicken.

    When spaghetti is tender, pour remaining broth off and melt cheese in the spaghetti.

    Saute onion and bell pepper in butter.

    Then combine all ingredients.

    Place in baking dish. Bake for about 20 minutes at 350°.
