- 1 chicken
- 1 can cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup
- 1 medium onion
- 1 small bell pepper
- 1 small jar pimentos (optional)
- 12 oz. pkg. spaghetti
- 1 can English peas (optional)
- 1 large pkg. shredded Velveeta cheese
- 1 can Ro-tel tomatoes
Directions

1Boil chicken; keep broth to cook spaghetti in.

2Debone chicken.

3When spaghetti is tender, pour remaining broth off and melt cheese in the spaghetti.

4Saute onion and bell pepper in butter.

5Then combine all ingredients.

6Place in baking dish. Bake for about 20 minutes at 350°.
