  • 1 whole chicken or 4 to 6 chicken breasts, cooked
  • 12 oz. spaghetti noodles
  • 1 can diced Ro-Tel
  • 1 bell pepper, finely chopped
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 lb. Velveeta cheese, shredded or cubed
  • 1 can English peas
  • 1 can mushrooms

Directions

    Saute green pepper in margarine.

    Add spaghetti, Ro-Tel, pepper and onion to cooked chicken.

    Stir well until melted.

    Add peas and mushrooms.

    Place in 9 x 13-inch casserole dish, bake at 325° for about 20 to 30 minutes.
