- 1 medium chicken
- 1 stick butter or oleo
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 medium bell pepper, chopped
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
- 1 can English peas
- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 1 medium pkg. spaghetti (I use linguini noodles)
Directions

1Boil chicken and debone; save the broth.

2Saute onion and bell pepper in butter or oleo.

3Add Ro-Tel tomatoes, peas and mushrooms.

4Cook spaghetti in broth and drain.

5Combine remaining ingredients with spaghetti and place in casserole dish.

6Layer the top with Velveeta and bake at 350° for 10 to 15 minutes.

7Serves 8 to 10.
