Ingredients

  • 1 medium chicken
  • 1 stick butter or oleo
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 medium bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
  • 1 can English peas
  • 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
  • 1 medium pkg. spaghetti (I use linguini noodles)

Directions

    Boil chicken and debone; save the broth.

    Saute onion and bell pepper in butter or oleo.

    Add Ro-Tel tomatoes, peas and mushrooms.

    Cook spaghetti in broth and drain.

    Combine remaining ingredients with spaghetti and place in casserole dish.

    Layer the top with Velveeta and bake at 350° for 10 to 15 minutes.

    Serves 8 to 10.
