  • 5 chicken breasts, cooked and boned
  • 1 medium onion, sauteed in margarine
  • 1 can celery soup
  • 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
  • 1/2 lb. Mexican Velveeta
  • 1 (7 1/2 oz.) pkg. crushed Tostitos

Directions

    Mix onion, soup and tomatoes.

    Place in 9 x 13-inch pan as follows:

    chips, chicken, soup mixture and top with cheese.
