  • chicken, boiled and deboned
  • 1 lb. vermicelli noodles
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 can English peas
  • 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes (2 cans if you like it hot)
  • 1 lb. Velveeta cheese

Directions

    Cook noodles and mix chicken.

    Saute onion and pepper in butter.

    Add to noodles and chicken.

    Stir in Ro-Tel, English peas and chopped up Velveeta cheese.

    Bake at 350° until cheese melts. Stir up and serve.
