Ingredients

  • 1 fryer, boiled and deboned
  • 1 (12 oz.) pkg. thin spaghetti
  • 2 to 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1 c. chopped green pepper
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 1 (No. 2) can Ro-Tel tomatoes
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 can cream of mushroom
  • 1 small box Velveeta cheese

Directions

    Boil spaghetti in chicken broth.

    Saute celery, green pepper and onion in butter.

    Add Ro-Tel tomatoes, cream of mushroom soup and Worcestershire sauce.

    Add all of this to the cooked and drained spaghetti.

    Melt Velveeta cheese and pour over spaghetti. Stir well and serve.
