- 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic salt
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1 1/2 teaspoons curry powder
- 3/4 cup grapefruit juice
- 1 cup crushed pineapple drained, may use more
- 4 pounds chicken quartered or pieces
Directions

1Put chicken in roasting pan.

2Blend cinnamon, curry, garlic, honey, and grapefruit juice with half of pineapple.

3Pour over the chicken.

4Bake at 350 degrees.

5Turn chicken twice and baste with the sauce.

6Add the rest of the pineapple the last time you turn it.

7Cook until tender, at least 1 hour and as long as 3-4 hours.

8The longer it cooks the more the flavor permeates the chicken.

9Sprinkle with paprika, if desired.
